Desktop Support Technician

As a Desktop Support Technician at Ferrara IT, you will provide hands-on technical support to end users, ensuring optimal workstation performance. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring desktop environments, assisting with system upgrades, and providing excellent customer service. Ideal candidates should have experience with Windows and macOS environments, Office 365, and basic networking principles.

Systems Administrator

As a Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services. Your duties will involve configuring and deploying new systems, monitoring performance, implementing security measures, and performing regular updates and optimizations to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency. This role requires deep expertise in virtualization, Active Directory, cloud computing, and security best practices. Candidates with certifications such as CompTIA Server+, Microsoft Azure Administrator, or Cisco CCNA will have a strong advantage.

Cybersecurity Analyst

The Cybersecurity Analyst plays a critical role in monitoring and analyzing security threats, implementing security controls, and supporting compliance initiatives. You will proactively identify vulnerabilities, respond to security incidents, and develop strategies to mitigate cyber risks. Responsibilities include managing endpoint security tools, analyzing security logs, conducting penetration testing, and assisting with compliance audits for frameworks such as HIPAA, NIST, and CMMC. Ideal candidates will have experience in SIEM solutions, threat intelligence, and security certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CEH.
